Arrange for Legal Services:

We have negotiated preferential services with a local firm of Solicitors, who specialise in property conveyancing, and are ideally placed to support your purchase.

Guide you through the entire process to completion:

We are experienced portfolio builders ourselves, and we can save you time and worry by keeping you and your property purchase on track throughout the sales process. You can expect a proactive approach from our friendly team, and to be kept informed of progress at all times.

For our investors: Support with finding your first tenant:

We are sometimes able to find a suitable tenant from our own contacts, but also work closely with a select few local Letting Agents who can find candidates at extremely competitive rates. We'll talk to you about these options during the sales process, as your property purchase nears completion.
