M&S Property Solutions work from independent valuations, and not simply the price being asked. If that independent valuation considers the price to be too high we will negotiate a reduction, OR we will find you a property which is correctly assessed at the present market value. From that market value we then negotiate a discount for you. This means that you are getting a true discount from the value of the property - and not just the price tag.

We can then apply that discount as a deposit, so that you may not even need a deposit to own your first home!
