M&S Property Solutions opened around 10 years ago as Mortgage Brokers and operated from our office at 29 Columbia Road. We then started selling a lot of property off plan for local developers and the next logical step was to open the Estate Agents to support this, 27 Columbia Road was then purchased in order to expand the buisness. Not only do we now sell other developers properties, but we also build our own properties as well as Sell, Rent and Manage them. We also offer the financial support to purchase a property, so everything you need is under one roof.

We know the Investor Market better than anyone else locally but our new build properties are also great for First Time Buyers; offering discounted properties, help with deposit where allowed and Independent Mortgage Advice with some great First Time Buyer mortgage deals.

For our Investors, many of whom are First Time Investors, we offer full rental support and provide either a Tenant Find only or Fully Managed service plus guaranteed rental income.
